Documents needed for thesis defense

1- A letter from the director of the respective department requesting the defense of the thesis, containing:

- The name of supervisor and assistant supervisor based on approval letter of the Council,

- The time and place of defense,

- Name of faculty representative,

- The names of two faculty members as reviewers.

2- In addition to the letter from the department director, the letter of submitted manuscript related to research project of the thesis, as follows:

- For MSc students and residents, a manuscript submission is required,

- For doctoral students, a letter of acceptance is required,

- For general medical students, manuscript submission or acceptance is optional.

3- A copy of the signed proposal approval agreement contract
