Process of Thesis Editing, and closing down
1- Apply amendments proposed by the reviewers
when defending the thesis
2- Complete the thesis/dissertation based on the
Instruction of Thesis Submission in the web page of the faculty
3- Provide the following documentation to the
Faculty Research Management unit:
- Full thesis printout after applying the
reviewers' comments and after adjusting according to the editing guideline,
- Defense Session Forms, as follows:
o For graduate students, PhDs and residents, two
copies of Form No. 3
o For medical students, two copies of Form B, indicating
the date of defense, the grade obtained, the signature of thesis professors,
and the signature and stamp of clinician professors
- Binding Confirmation Form (Form No. 6)
The closing-down is permitted only when the
thesis has been approved by the research unit expert, and a registry number and
date have been assigned.
Documents needed for thesis delivery and closing
down
1- CD of the final version of
thesis/dissertation (paper printout not needed)
2- CD of thesis/dissertation Final Report
3- Approval of the final report, signed by the
thesis/dissertation supervisor.
