Biography

Professor Ali Pour Moteabbed was born in Kermanshah in 1965. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Biology from Razi University of Kermanshah, as well as a Master’s degree and a Ph.D. in Human Physiology from Shahid Beheshti University of Medical Sciences. He is currently a full professor and a faculty member at Kermanshah University of Medical Sciences.

Throughout his academic career, Dr. Pour Moteabbed has held several key administrative and leadership positions. He has served multiple terms as the Head of the Department of Physiology and Pharmacology, two terms as the Financial and Administrative Deputy of the Faculty of Medicine, and as the Dean of the Faculty of Dentistry. Additionally, he has been a member of the university’s Board of Trustees and is presently a member of the executive working group responsible for faculty recruitment.

Dr. Pour Moteabbed’s contributions to academia and research have been widely recognized. He has been honored by the Governor’s Elite Foundation as one of the distinguished figures of Kermanshah and has been repeatedly recognized as an exemplary professor and a top researcher at the university.
