Documents Required for Thesis Defense

 

 

 

1.     Official Letter from the Department Director

A formal request for thesis defense that includes:

-- Name of the supervisor and assistant supervisor according to the Council’s approval letter

-- Scheduled time and place of the defense

-- Name of the faculty representative

-- Names of two faculty members serving as reviewers

 

2.     Manuscript Submission/Acceptance Letter

In addition to the department director’s letter, a document confirming submission or acceptance of the thesis-related manuscript must be provided:

-- MSc students and residents: Manuscript submission is required

-- Doctoral (PhD) students: Letter of acceptance is required

-- General medical students: Manuscript submission or acceptance is optional

 

3.     Copy of the Signed Proposal Approval Agreement
A complete and signed copy of the proposal approval agreement/contract must be submitted.
