Process of Thesis Editing and Closing Down
1.
Apply all amendments
proposed by the reviewers during the thesis defense.
2.
Complete the
thesis/dissertation according to the Instruction of Thesis Submission
available on the faculty’s webpage.
3.
Submit the following
documents to the Faculty Research Management Unit:

Full printed copy of the thesis, revised according to reviewers’
comments and formatted based on the editing guidelines.
--
Defense Session Forms, as follows:
§ For graduate students, PhD candidates, and residents:
two copies of Form No. 3
§ For medical students: two copies of Form B,
indicating the defense date, final grade, signatures of thesis professors, and
the signature and stamp of clinician professors
--
Binding Confirmation Form (Form No. 6)
Note:
Closing-down procedures are permitted only after the thesis has been
approved by the research unit expert and a registry number with an official
date has been assigned.
Documents Required for Thesis Delivery and Closing Down
1.
CD containing the
final version of the thesis/dissertation
(A printed paper copy is not required.)
2.
CD of the Final
Report related to the thesis/dissertation.
3.
Signed approval of
the Final Report by the thesis/dissertation supervisor.
