My name is Mohsen Moghoofei, an Assistant Professor
at the department of Microbiology, Kermanshah University of Medical Sciences,
Kermanshah, Iran. I received my BSc
degree in Biology from the Razi University, in 2011. In 2013, I achieved the
MSc degree in Medical Microbiology from Isfahan University of Medical Science
and joined the Iran University of Medical Science as a PhD student in the
Virology field and completed my research in 2018. The main focus of my research
and professional experience is host-pathogen interaction and the role of
non-coding RNA in viral infection and viral latency. Besides, I have experience
in the investigation of the role of viral gene products in tumor development
and exacerbation of chronic respiratory disease (IPF and asthma)
