I am a Professor of Medical Bacteriology in the Department of Microbiology, Faculty of Medicine, Kermanshah University of Medical Sciences, Iran. I received my B.Sc. in Microbiology from Tehran University, M.Sc. in Medical Bacteriology from Iran University of Medical Sciences, and Ph.D. in Medical Bacteriology from Isfahan University of Medical Sciences. I also completed a Fellowship in Laboratory Medicine at Mashhad University of Medical Sciences. My research focuses on medical bacteriology, antimicrobial resistance, molecular epidemiology, and the molecular characterization of clinically important bacterial pathogens. My major research interests include multidrug-resistant bacteria, healthcare-associated infections, antimicrobial resistance mechanisms, and the molecular epidemiology of Acinetobacter baumannii and drug-resistant Mycobacterium tuberculosis. I have also conducted research on Staphylococcus aureus, Escherichia coli, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, and Helicobacter pylori, with particular emphasis on antimicrobial resistance, virulence factors, and molecular typing.My methodological expertise includes PCR, real-time PCR, PFGE, spoligotyping, MIRU-VNTR, PCR-RFLP, SNP analysis, ELISA, and cell culture.

I received my Master of Science degree in
Medical Microbiology from Iran University of Medical Sciences in
2004 and my PhD in Medical Bacteriology from Ahvaz Jundishapur University of
Medical Sciences in 2010. In the same year, I completed a six-month advanced
training program in epitope-based vaccine development against Helicobacter
pylori at Klinikum rechts der Isar, Technical University of Munich, Munich,
Germany.
I have been serving as a
Full Professor of Medical Bacteriology at Kermanshah University of Medical
Sciences (KUMS) since 2011. My scientific expertise lies in advanced medical
bacteriology, with a particular focus on bacterial pathogenesis, antimicrobial
resistance, molecular diagnostic approaches, epitope-based vaccine design,
microbiome research, and innovative strategies for the prevention and control
of clinically important bacterial infections. |

And Earned My M.Sc. And Ph.D. Degrees From Tehran University Of Medical
Sciences In 1996 And 2002, Respectively. I Am Currently A Full-Time Professor
Of Microbiology At Kermanshah University Of Medical Sciences. My Research
Focuses On The Molecular And Computational Analysis Of Bacterial Pathogens,
With Particular Emphasis On Bioinformatics-Driven Approaches To The Human
Microbiome, Probiotics, And Host–Microbe Interactions. My Work Integrates
Experimental Microbiology With Data Analysis To Better Understand Microbial Pathogenesis And Translational Applications.

Mechanisms Underlying Resistance. Through My Academic And Research Activities,
I Aim To Contribute To A Deeper Understanding Of Bacterial Pathogenesis And To
Support The Development Of More Effective Strategies For Controlling Resistant
